LIMITED WARRANTY

Mike’s Interactives, LLC provides a limited warranty on its exhibits for one year from the date they leave our shipping location. Restrictions may apply if the exhibit is not installed by us or by an approved installer.

This warranty covers:

• Repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion) for defects in materials or workmanship that occur within the warranty period.
• Only the original buyer (not later owners).
• Defects verified by us as being covered under this warranty.

What is not covered:

• Damage from misuse, modifications, improper installation or maintenance, or operation outside intended use.
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues.
• Defects resulting from abuse or shipping damage.

How claims work:

• Contact us with your issue within the warranty period.
• The buyer must assist us in assessing the problem.
• The buyer may be responsible for certain costs, such as shipping or labor.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if repair is not possible. All implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the warranty period, unless otherwise required by law.
